Taping & Texture
Taping and texture is the work no one notices when it's done right and everyone notices when it isn't. We tape, mud, sand, and texture — either picking up a job mid-stream from another crew, or finishing the drywall we hung ourselves.
Most residential walls land at Level 4 with knockdown texture; we recommend Level 5 (skim-coated) for walls under raking light or gloss paint. For ceilings we handle smooth Level 5, knockdown, orange peel, skip-trowel, Spanish lace, and popcorn removal. Asbestos testing is required for popcorn scrapes on pre-1980 homes; we coordinate the test before scheduling.
